• Define your own headers using a .hdr file with fe. animations. (Advanced users)

  Interactive

  WTDP

  WTDP is a protocol that allows you to implement interactive features in your homepage. For example forms, games, etc.
  • Using forms in your HTML pages.
  • Allow visitors to determine their IP-Address.
  • Visitors can play a small interactive game.
  • Show the programs running on your pc to clients.
  • You can use some Animations in your pages.

  DOS-CGI

  CGI is a world-wide-standard protocol that also allows you to implement interactive features in your homepage. For example forms, Perl, etc.
  • Use a counter in your pages to show visitations stats.
  • Use clickable maps.
  • A simple CGI program, that shows all the environment variables.

  Hot Java

  Hot-Java is a brand new protocol that allows visitors to download complete applications.

  Security

  W4-Server offers you a lot of security possibilities.
• Allow only access with a case-sensitive password. (User ID: Marcel pwd: TEst)
• Allow only access to a directory for certain IP-numbers. (Only 130.89.224.16 and 130.89.232.242)
• Allow access to a directory except certain IP-numbers. (Except 130.89.*.16)
• Redirect some clients from your server.(130.89.224.16)

  Logging

  W4-Server keeps a log in the common-logfile format so you can create nice access graphs.
• This is what your logfile looks like.
• Use VBStats to create access-graphs.
